A rich fleshy wine with soft, velvety tannins
Description
Cherry, Oak, Raspberry
Black Market Mystery Wines™ are simply wines we love, with the branding hidden and revealed only when it arrives at your door!
Lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and cranberry complemented by hints of lavener musk aromatics on the nose. A silky palate, with red fruits dominating, cherry, rocky road, and subtle earthiness and clove spice. Soft, mellow tannins and braight acidity on the finish.
Sourced from premium vineyards in the Barossa, this wine was fermented at cooler temperature for ten days followed by secondary fermentation and maturation in a combination of French and American oak for twelve months to add greater complexity and depth to the wine.
