The wine displays fresh, fragrant aromatics of white stone fruit with a dash of strawberries and cream. The palate is lush and generous with a dry and textural finish displaying strawberry and bramble fruit characters with a hint of watermelon.
The grapes for this Mystery Rosé were carefully handpicked, gently pressed, and cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness. Like the renowned rosés of Provence, several varieties were judiciously blended to achieve a more balanced and complex wine than any of the varieties could achieve by themselves.
Food Pairing: Great as an aperitif or to accompany foods such as grilled salmon, ratatouille, or capricciosa pizza.
