Light straw tone with green clarity. Bright aromas of rockmelon, lime zest, nettles and passion fruit. Classic Marlborough notes from coastal Awatere vineyards. Deliciously zesty and crisp Sauvignon Blanc bursting with delightful notes of grapefruit, nettles, elderflower and passionfruit.

Our coastal Awatere Valley Marlborough estate enjoyed an excellent growing season. Favourable weather conditions for flowering led to great fruit set, followed by warm sunny summer months ideal for healthy vineyard canopies and fruit development.

Classic Marlborough weather conditions of warm days and cool nights in the ripening period enabled the harvest team to bring in the fruit, which was full of bright fruit flavours and refreshing acidity.

Harvested in the cool mornings, all the Music Bay Sauvignon Blanc fruit was harvested at desired ripeness between the 23rd March – 1st April.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled seafood, ceviche and all summer cuisine.
