"Classic and inviting with a moderately intense autolysis drive with a clear scent of brioche then wholewheat bread, white fleshed peach, a ripe grapefruit peel then apple and medium+ complexity overall. Dry with a plush mousse and fine bubble, ripe with white fleshed fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, a light citrus quality and lengthy finish. Notes of fresh fruit (red and black cherry, red plum and hints of red apple) are complemented by notes of biscuit and brioche. Soft and full palate of red fruits is balance with a backbone of acidity. The wine has a pure fullness of goodness, with an attractive structured toasty finish.
