Light straw. A perfumed wine with nuances of lime, pear and citrus blossom underpinned by spice and nectarine characters. Dry with intense ripe fruit flavours with a crispy, racy and refreshing long finish of mineral and slate. Drinking well now, this wine will continue to improve and develop until 2027.

Our 2022 Riesling is made from grapes grown on Mount Riley’s Litchfield, Anderson and St Andrew’s Vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. A growing season with moderate summer temperatures gave the perfect conditions for excellent flavour development and the remarkable aromatics that this classic wine is known for.

Grapes were harvested in pristine condition then crushed and destemmed. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures in stainless steel to achieve absolute purity of fruit.

Food Pairing: Great as an aperitif or match with seafood, light meats & spicy foods.
