Magenta purple. Bright, black and red fruits, complemented with spice, with a hint of chocolate. A medium bodied wine with great fruit purity dark berries and red plum fruit, supple tannins and lingering flavours. Drinking well now or cellar until 2027.

The grapes for this wine were grown at low yields in our premium Marlborough vineyards located in the central Wairau Valley. A fruit driven style of Bordeaux red with plenty of juicy dark and red fruits and a soft tannin structure. The wine was matured in French oak barriques, with 10% new, for ten months before blending.

Food Pairing: A delicious warming winter wine, excellent matched with red meat and game.
