The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley. Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.
Food Pairing: Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years. Delicious matched with cloudy bay clams in soy and ginger dressing.
