Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and gooseberry. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with fresh apricots, crunchy apple and tangy citrus.   A herbaceous thread leads onto a mouth-watering finish.

The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley.  Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.

Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years.

Mt Olympus overlooks the clean green valley and the flourishing vineyards of Marlborough.
