With delicious aromas of freshly cut watermelon and apple blossom. the palate displays flavours of sun kissed oranges and fresh strawberries with subtle nuances of raspberry leaf. A delicious medium dry Rose with fine acidity and great persistence. This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed in the next 2-3 years.

A blend of Riesling and Malbec grape varieties sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.

The fruit was machine harvested early at a low Brix level in order to target a lower alcohol and a bright fruit spectrum.   The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate flavor, aroma and colour then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

Food Pairing: Ideal chilled on a hot Summer’s day as an aperitif.
