Description
Herbal, Oak, Raspberry
"Youthful and brightly expressed, the inviting bouquet shows sweet cherry, raspberry, floral, and mixed spice aromas, followed by a silky palate that's juicy and refreshing. Well-composed and balanced with an appealing, succulent finish. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
With its refined garnet hue, the 2025 Mount Olympus Pinot Noir reflects the purity of Marlborough’s Southern Valleys, where majority of the fruit for this wine was grown. The nose is lifted and elegant, offering bright red fruit, raspberry, subtle spice, and a hint of chocolate. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, showcasing black cherry, cocoa, and savoury notes. A clean, crisp mouthfeel carries through to a lingering finish framed by powdered tannins and toasted oak. Approachable yet refined, it will cellar gracefully for 3–5 years.
Overlooking the clean green valley and flourishing vineyards of Marlborough, Mt Olympus is renowned for producing some of the New World’s most sought-after wines. This Pinot Noir continues that legacy-elegant, refreshing, and brimming with red berry and black cherry flavour.
Food Pairing: An ideal partner for lamb, pasta, or fish.
