Description
Dry, Fig, Pear
"Finely scented and inviting, the wine shows Nashi pear, fig, crunchy apple, and subtle spice aromas, leading to a silky-smooth palate that’s juicy and lively. Beautifully framed by bright acidity, finishing elegantly flavoursome and lingering. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2026

"Varietal, medium-weight, fresh and fruity with flavours of green pear, yellow and red apple. There's a cool climate sweet citrus quality enhanced by the acid line and crunchy qualities. A delicate white spice and fleshy mouthfeel deliver a wine of balance and quality. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027+. Ideal with appetizers and seafood leaning entrees" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
2025 Mount Olympus Marlborough Pinot Gris Pale straw in colour, this Pinot Gris captures the clean, green spirit of the Marlborough valley overlooked by Mt Olympus. Ripe orchard pear and crisp red apple rise from the glass, leading into a round, luscious palate with generous orchard fruit flavours. A fine, fresh line of acidity brings balance and lift, giving the wine a full, satisfying mouthfeel. A confident Marlborough expression, drinking beautifully now and rewarding cellaring for up to five years.
Food pairing: Perfect alongside roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
