A full bodied, fruit driven Chardonnay. This fresh and focused wine delivers flavours of ripe stonefruit, flaky pastry and vanilla bean with a long steely finish. This Chardonnay is perfect for drinking now and will continue to develop over the next few years.
Grapes for this wine were selected from vineyards across the Marlborough Valley. A portion of the wine was fermented in oak and underwent malolactic fermentation. This has helped produce a soft, round palate and an expansive finish.
Food Pairing: Delicious with portobello mushroom risotto.
