Description
Cranberry, Dry, Peach
"It's delightfully fruited and finely scented on the nose, showing cranberry, ripe peach, rockmelon, and lemon peel nuances. The palate is equally appealing with juicy fruit intensity, a fine texture, and bright acidity, offering excellent drinking. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

This elegant Rosé opens with a bouquet of strawberry, red cherry, and rose petal, layered with subtle notes of white peach. On the palate, it’s crisp and dry, with a fine, savoury structure and a long, delicate finish.
This Pinot Noir based Rosé is harvested early morning and gently pressed with minimal skin contact to capture delicate pale pink hue while preserving natural acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to lock in freshness and showcase the pure, vibrant fruit character of the blend.
Food Pairing: This wine is a versatile match for everything from charcuterie boards to grilled salmon. We love it on a summer evening in the Marlborough Sounds, paired with fresh Marlborough greenshell mussels, a squeeze of lime, and a scattering of fresh herbs.
