Aromas of stone fruit and citrus peel are perfectly balanced by fresh acidity, resulting in a crisp, dry and mouth-watering finish. This wine highlights the textural nature of Marlborough Pinot Gris.

We harvest in the cool morning and then we gently pressed the grapes, cold settled, and slowly fermented the juice in stainless steel tanks.

Food Pairing: This Pinot Gris pairs well with soft cheeses and Asian-inspired cuisine, and it’s an excellent match for lemony, buttery Italian chicken picatta.
