Vibrant aromas of lime zest, oyster shell, and a touch of quince lead to a palate brimming with apricot and mandarin, all wrapped in a distinctive saline mineral finish. This refreshing Albariño is a true taste of summer, perfectly capturing Marlborough’s coastal essence.

Hand-harvested in the cool of the early morning, the grapes were whole-bunch pressed, with only the free-run juice retained. After cold settling, the wine underwent a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks to protect its purity and vibrant flavours.
