Dark red in the glass, with purple hue when caught by the light. This wine offers a swathe of lush, velvety berry fruit, and layer upon layer of sweet spice, vanilla and dense, polished tannins.
The Boxer Shiraz is perhaps the lightest and most accessible of Mollydooker's reds, although by any other standards it is still a hugely full-bodied and voluptuous wine.
Made from the fruit of Mollydooker's own vineyards, barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak barrels. Sustainably grown and vegan friendly.
Who is The Boxer? ‘Mollydooker’ is old Aussie slang for a left handed boxer and our Boxer always punches well above its Fruit WeightTM. Did you notice he has two left gloves?
