This delightful Pinot Grigio is gorgeously aromatic ( think blossom, lemon grass, corella pears). On the palate, quite ripe flavours of honeyed spiced pear, white nectarine balanced with brilliant crisp acidity; with great length , it is lean (but not green). Lots of rich lemon & lime minerality with a subtle grapefruit tang. Vibrant, floral, citrus.

Food Pairing: As a stand alone, Pinot Grigio is always a great appertif. But you can never go wrong pairing with fish or shellfish - think seafood risotto or even sashimi!
