Golden and vibrant in the glass, the wine is full bodied with great texture and weight from the ripe fruit and beautifully supported by the use of toasty oak. Dry and finishing long this well balanced and attractive wine combines the best of ripe Marlborough fruit with complexity and weight from the barrel.

Produced using only traditional methods with minimal winemaking input, the ultimate innings is unfined and unfiltered to capture the true essence of our environment and the lovely Chardonnay grape. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed directly to 100% new French barrique and aged for 10 months.

The Misty Cove Fifth Innings is made from low cropping vines from our Flagship Fareham Lane Vineyard, and named after Andrew’s love of cricket.
