Misty Cove’s Estate Pinot Gris is lovingly handcrafted and produced from their upper Wairau Valley vineyard where stony old riverbed soils help create a floral and fleshy wine that truly captures Marlborough’s unique environment.
Marlborough’s famously rich soils help deliver an exciting and enticing wine that is on the dry spectrum. Balanced acidity gives a lush and soft backbone that is quite moreish to share with great mates and tasty food. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and soaked on skins for 6 hours. Fermented with our unique combination of yeast that produces mouthfeel and texture.
