Produced from rich Marlborough soils, the Misty Cove Blush Sauvignon Blanc celebrates the region’s character and earthy charm as well as giving a nod to good times. This refreshing and tasty drop is sure to please with a bouquet of summer fruit. Harvested in the cool of the night then cool fermented with selected yeasts strains to enhance varietal characteristics. Bottled early to capture fruit freshness and zing. Made from 96% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Pinot Noir.
