Superb, brilliant, pale pinkish colour. Highly aromatic, with delicate notes of red fruit, a complex nose of raspberry, white fleshed fruit, peach, and white blossoms.  Lovely length and a mineral, saline finish with character.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood hors d’oeuvres, or raw vegetables.
