Fermentation and gentle flavour extraction of the fruit allowed for a rich coloured red with soft tannis to flourish. The wine was aged on French oak for approximately 8 months, giving the wine a subtle oak influence - the inclusion of some Central Victorian fruit increased the intensity and overall flavour profile of the wine.

Food Pairing: Try this wine with a barbequed steak and pepper sauce. It also pairs well with rich pasta dishes such as Penne all’Arrabbiata.
