A full flavoured, fleshy, fruit laden palate with rich, ripe berry fruits.
Careful oak selection was paid to mature this Cabernet. The wine was aged on French oak for approximately 6-8 months giving the wine a subtle oak influence. Fermentation took place in sweeping arm red fermenters, giving the wine a dense, rich, red colour with gentle tannins. The inclusion of a small parcel of Central Victorian fruit into the blend has boosted both the colour and the intensity of flavour.
Food Pairing: Try this classic Cabernet with a traditional Sunday roast or braised brisket.
