The Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of dark red fruits, spice and vanilla. Well structured and full palate, dark berries and cherries. Well integrated and balanced spicy oak, with soft tannins and good length.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The climate is hot with high evaporation rates and generally low rainfall, making irrigation essential. The climate is also continental, resulting in long sunny days and noticeably cooler nights. Long sunshine hours ensure fruit ripens fully and low relative humidity results in little incidence of disease.

This approachable, full-flavoured wine derives from fruit sourced from our various dry and irrigated vineyards in the Murray Darling and Riverland regions. The fruit was harvested at night, and then the grapes were fermented for a period of 5-7 days at a cooler temperature to allow the fruit flavours to be nurtured. After fermentation, the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks prior to final blending.
