Intense deep bright ruby ​​red and very consistent in the glass. Complex nose of blackberry and plum in jam, then red flowers, humus, cocoa and coffee, aromatic herbs and a fresh balsamic to frame the whole. Structured and enveloping, powerful, intensely fruity and floral, with a very long persistence with balsamic returns.

Processing of the grapes without pressing, through a tape in steel tanks at controlled temperature until the end of the fermentation, then maturation in steel and different kind of wooden containers.

Evolution of their Zinfandel, coming from the most suitable grapes at the achievement of an important alcoholic strength for make it powerful and structured. Wine mainly dedicated to the internationalization of the Primitivo grape, with a modern style, produced with advanced techniques to make it as attractive as possible to any type of market.

Food Pairing: Excellent with meat and truffle preparations, roasted lamb, mixed grills, medium-aged and blue cheeses, spicy food or alone as a meditation wine.
