This Rosé is fresh and lively, and displays fresh, juicy watermelon and blackcurrant with hints of citrus. It is perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence.

This pale pink Rosé is a delicious blend of  Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec. The grapes are selected from some of Marlborough’s finest vineyard sites where the grapes  enjoy ideal growing conditions of warm days and cool  nights with low rainfall.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

Food Pairing: Ideal served chilled as an aperitif on a sunny day.
