Crafted with a light touch, this 2025 Marlborough Chardonnay reflects the belief that exceptional wine begins in the vineyard. Fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness, capturing vibrant flavour and natural balance without unnecessary intervention. 

The wine was gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel using selected yeasts to preserve purity and precision. The introduction of fine oak staves adds subtle complexity and structure, while full malolactic fermentation lends a rounded, seamless texture. Minimal fining ensures clarity while maintaining the wine’s natural integrity.
