A beautiful delicate pale pink Rose with delicate aromas of cherry blossom. A full flavoured and elegant palate displaying raspberry and juicy watermelon flavours with a fresh seamless mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish.
This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec were sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity before the sugar levels became too high. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain varietal character and freshness.
