The nose is highly aromatic, revealing layers of blackcurrant bud, ripe white stone fruit, and classic gooseberry, all lifted by a bright citrus note. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of white currant and succulent nashi pear unfolding with clarity. A gentle roundness adds texture and balance, complemented by a subtle mineral thread that maintains focus and intrigue. The off-dry finish lends a delicate softness, while retaining the wine’s clean, lively character. The fruit was machine-harvested in the cool of early morning and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve its purity, freshness, and aromatic intensity.
