Description
Apricot, Dry, Melon
"It's delicately lifted on the nose, showing cranberry, nectarine, lemon peel, and white flower aromas. The palate displays excellent focus and a sleek mouthfeel, splendidly supported by racy acidity, finishing long and mouthwatering. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"The latest addition to the beautifully packaged Maretti range, this rosé is a deliciously succulent wine. Aromas of wild berries and a whisper of dried strawberries and rock melon bring depth to the mid-palate, providing ripe flavours with appealing fruit richness while remaining crisp and dry. The screwcap preserves freshness, ensuring the fruity aromas remain fresh, bold and bright from the first sip to the last. Trust the Italians to come up with such a ripe peachy tasting and dry rosé with a touch of colour and juicy taste" Joelle Thompson
This rosé is bright and aromatic, with lifted notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, and rose petal. The palate is dry and crisp, with a refreshing acidity and a clean, delicate finish. Perfectly suited to casual sipping or light summer fare
Maretti Italia is a vibrant range of wines from Pavia IGP, crafted to capture the spirit and generosity of Italian winemaking. Offering bold flavours and easy-drinking appeal, the range delivers exceptional value without compromising on quality. Maretti is all about approachable, everyday wines with a distinctly Italian soul.
The 2025 growing season in Pavia delivered excellent conditions for white varieties,
with a warm, dry summer balanced by cool nights that preserved freshness and aromatics. Healthy fruit and even ripening resulted in wines of bright varietal expression, combining generous fruit flavours with vibrant acidity and balance. The vintage is characterised by purity, freshness and approachability, producing wines with excellent drinkability and early appeal.
Crafted from early-harvested red grapes, the juice for this rosé undergoes a brief cold maceration to extract delicate colour and aromatics before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and floral notes. The wine is matured briefly on fine lees to enhance mouthfeel and elegance.
Food Pairing: Perfectly suited to casual sipping or light summer fare.
