Pale lemon colour in the glass. Intense and elegant with flavours of fresh fruit and characteristic minerality typical with white wines grown on the coast of Portugal, influenced by the North Atlantic ocean. Revealing great balance between structure and natural freshnesness, imparted by the Fernão Pires and Arinto grapes respectively.
A white blend of Arinto and Fernão Pires grapes grown in the Cheleiros region of Lisbon in clay-limestone soils.
100% of the grapes are destemmed followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentaiton is the carried out in small volume in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
A versatile and balanced wine. Two queens among white grape varieties will transport you to the beaches of western Portugal. The sturcuture of the Fernão Pires combined with the freshness of Arinto result in a wine thats sure to please!
