The 2021 Pinque Rosé has hidden depths. The all-important first impression is all about the strawberries and cream, watermelon and chilled summery fun. But beneath that is pink peppercorn and a lick of salt, a hint of sea spray and warm rock, a mineral flavour of the earth and sea… but anyway, it’s a fun wine to drink with your mates – so enjoy! Made in a dry style

2 x Man O' War Exiled Waiheke Pinot Gris 2022
Exiled 2022 is off- dry in style with natural residual sugar balanced by crystalline acidity and an engaging tonic freshness. Aromas of fresh nectarine, mandarin spray and ginger combine with a massively flavoursome palate structure that makes Exiled so delicious to drink. At its best when served well chilled, served at any hour.

"A full-bodied, nutty, rich and powerful wine with a core of roasted stone fruit and toasty cashew-nut oak flavours, fine textured tannins and a brazil-nut butter texture. Baked peaches and lemon, nectarine skin and grapefruit. There’s vanilla and nut, warming alcohol and medium+ acidity. A wine that ticks all the boxes of weight and intensity, richness and power, flavour and deliciousness. Complex, satisfying and generously proportioned, with a solid backbone of tangy acid and peppery tannins. 2020 Valhalla exhibits toasty complexity over a range of citrus notes from lime characters to mandarin. The palate is rich and textural with a fresh succulent finish that belies its concentration. 2020 was a drought year which often presents challenges in creating wines that are fresh and zesty. The 2020 Valhalla is classical in its style being linear, structured and age worthy typical of some of the great wines of the world.
