The colour of this wine is a deep ruby red with a purple rim. Scent of firm varietal aromas (blackberry, black currant) and distinguished spicy character, with embossed characters of roasted chocolate and references to the Mediterranean scrub. Dry and medium-bodied with nicely balanced tannins. Black cherry fruit with some enticing spice notes of cinnamon, leather and nutmeg.
Produced without the use of artificial pesticides or chemicals this wine is also vegan-friendly, but besides that good stuff, it's well-made too.
Food Pairing: Grilled Moroccan lamb.
