We've been having a couple of drinks with our mates at Mt Difficulty, and that led to some experiementation. Mt Diffifulty's Chief Winemaker, Greg Lane, kindly sent us a couple of their finest French oak barrels, and we got to work.

Lighthouse Mt Difficulty Barrel Aged Gin is handcrafted with our signature botanicals and natural spring water filtered by the Remutaka Ranges. We rest the gin in Mt Difficulty barrels retured from five years' service to their iconic Central Otago Pinot Noir.
Sip neat or top with tonic and a slice of navel orange.
