"A ripe and fleshy fruited bouquet with scents of cape gooseberry and peach with a layer of mineral stony, clay and fine lees. A just dry wine on the palate with a juicy and fleshy palate, flavours of apple and passionfruit, some white peach and plenty of citrus. Passionfruit, lime and citrus blossom aromas. Crisp acidity drives a juicy palate, finishing semi-dry with a hint of minerality. This wine is drinking well now but can be cellared for up to 3 years.
