Sandy pink granite and pebbles. Hillside with south exposure in the village of Lantignié, Regnié or le Perréon. Selection of old vines averaging at 50 years old. Substainably grown grapes and harvested manually.
Traditional fermentation in stainless tank with minimum intervention during winemaking. No added sulphites.
