Who's to say how many different grapes can go into a wine? They hatched an idea to make the most delicious red wine they could and this is where they landed. Smack bang in the middle of Leftfield with a smooth little creation they call, The Hatchling. A veritable musketeer of a wine, comprising four handsomely daring varieties; Merlot, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc unite to fight for the honour of delighting your senses with this hedonistic and downright dashing blend.
Forget etiquette and expert opinion. Leftfield celebrates the individual by making wine as unique as you are, from a quirky little country at the bottom of the world. A place where they can let their imaginations run free, unconfined by the constraints of convention. Leftfield is where you’ll find them, these wonderfully free-spirited creatures of curiosity.
In their quest to make the ultimate smooth and generously flavoured red wine, they selected special parcels of grapes and fermented them separately in open top tanks.
Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own or devour along with a leg of lamb roasted with rosemary and garlic.
