Gorgeous little citrus flowers link arms with melon and peach to dance in the sunshine, always maintaining an air of class. Meanwhile, lime lingers in the shadows vying for attention.
A warm summer with frequent refreshing rainfall resulted in good ripeness and flavour in our Albariño grapes. Gently pressed to stainless steel tanks, 90% of the clear juice was racked and fermented with yeast to highlight the naturally vibrant aromatics and mineral texture that Albariño possesses. The remaining juice was run to seasoned French Oak Hogsheads for fermentation to add richness and complexity to the final blend.
Food Pairing: Imbibe on its own or devour along with a Thai chicken salad.
