Creamy, lovely balanced wine with aromatic notes of peach, pear and citrusy fruits. Oaky on the palate with hints of ginger and vanilla, this zesty medium bodied wine is loved by every wine lover for its perfect balance.

The grapes were cold macerated then pressed, cold settled before fermentation. 30% of the Chardonnay was fermented in French and American oak barrels, and remained on lees in barrel, with some stirring, for six months.

Le Grand Noir Chardonnay 2019 is a new wave French wine that combines French regional character with New World accessibility. It comes from one of the oldest wine regions in France (The Romans made wine here).

Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own as an aperitif or to accompany all fish and sea food. Will go really well with pasta dishes.
