Juicy and succulent Pinot Gris with flinty lifted aromatics, crunchy red apple, pear, honey dew melon, and balanced acidity and fruit sweetness.
Sourced from long-term growers in Alexandra. This late ripening vineyard provides fruit that retains its purity alongside bright acidity.
Once picked, the grapes were immediately brought to the winery for pressing. The juice was settled, racked and fermented with a variety of cool fermenting yeast. Once finished, the wine was blended and rested on fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
