Light yellow straw colour in the glass. Flinty mineral notes and toasted hazelnuts laced amongst preserved lemon aromas. The palate is complex with layered tropical notes alongside fresh peach and nectarine fruits. Subtle oak plays with the finely structured character of the wine giving length to the palate on the finish.
Whole bunch pressed & with wild fermentation in seasoned oak.
