Bright yellow straw colour in the glass. Spice, preserved lemon, ripe stonefruit. Complex, oaked, generous, fruit driven style with a full generous palate, good length and a hint of spice.
Harvested in the cool of the night to retain fresh fruit characters. Pressed off and fermented in a mix of both stainless steel and select oak barrels.
