Pale green. Lifted aromas of fresh pear, white peach, tropical fruits and citrus blossom. A fresh, clean and bright palate with cleran minerality, keffir lime and white stonefruit, leaving a refreshing and full savour. Enjoy now and over the next 3 years. The majority of fruit is harvested from the mature vines of our Talon block located in the famously fertile area of Dillon’s Point known to produce outstanding Sauvignon Blanc.

Pressed immediately following harvest to minimise skin contact and retain freshness, then coolfermented to maintain rich aromatics.
