Pale lemon. Ripe citrus notes of lime and lemonade envelope the nose, white orange blossom highlights juicy mandarin in the background. The palate is fresh and inviting, supported well with fragrant ripe limes until well finished.
Fruit taken from Walsh vineyard in the Woodbourne area and Doctor's Creek from the Burleigh area.
Long, cool controlled fermentation using a dedicated aromatic yeast to enhance bouquet and citrus characters. Fermentation was arrested early for a lower alcohol, off dry wine.
