"Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is softly full, with aromas of strawberry, peach, pomegranate and white blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of strawberry and pomegranate melded with peach, blossom and pink peppercorn. The silky mouthfeel carried zingy acidity through the palate, lending a refreshing, dry finish with a touch of spice. Serve as an aperitif or match with calamari over the next 2-3 years.
