"This is a fantastic sparkling wine with wonderful complexity of aromas of brioche, croissant, and subtle cooked apples, like apple tart. It’s medium-bodied and dry with lovely density and depth. Excellent length. Pure chardonnay. Very limited production. Three and a half years on the yeast. 6 grams of dosage. Drink now" James Suckling, Jamessuckling.com
The latest addition to our Crémant family, is 100% Chardonnay Kumeu Crémant Blanc de Blancs. Made from 100% Chardonnay from the 2017 vintage this wine spent 3 years on yeast lees and was disgorged December 2021 with a dosage of 6 g/L. With time in bottle since disgorgement this wine is a delight to drink.
