"Full, deep purple, even colour throughout. Vibrant, fine, persistent bead. The nose is full and savoury, with blackberry, plum, dark cocoa and spice. Full-bodied, ripe blackberry and dark plum entwined with dark cocoa, black pepper and nutmeg. The mouse is creamy and vibrant, enlivens the rich palate. Smooth, dusty tannins provide substance and texture, linger to a dry, broody finish.
