As the day fades to night in Central Otago, the sun's descent behind the towering alps often creates an incandescent pink glow that radiates across the land, reflecting on everything it touches. This beautiful pale Rosé captures the essence of Central Otago in a glass. Fragrant with rose petals, cherry blossom, strawberries, pomegranate, watermelon and hints of nougat and honeysuckle. Rich and yet fresh on the palate with good acidity and hints of white peach, vanilla and toffee. Well balanced with a long and pretty finish showing apricots and mineral notes. The 2024 vintage crafted a pretty pale pink with clear hues. Serve this wine chilled, between 8 - 12 degrees Celcius.

Food Pairing: Beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese, arugula, and pomegranate seeds. Seared tuna with a sesame crust and ponzu sauce served with sautéed green beans. Vanilla poached apricots with honey and almond brittle.
