Beautiful candy pink in colour this refreshing Rosé is fresh and elegant displaying flavours of red berry fruit, pear, and a hint of spice. Perfect for drinking now this wine will be at its best over the next two years.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec varietals sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.

The fruit was specially selected and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The soft pink colour was extracted by having the grapes spend just a few hours on their skins. Fermentation occurred in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

Food Pairing: A perfect match with fresh fish and green salad.
