Youthful fruit flavours with bright acidity
Wine Orbit
Description
Apple, Dry, Nectarine
"It's finely scented on the nose, showing notes of raspberry, nectarine, lemon peel, and white floral nuances, followed by an elegantly weighted palate that offers youthful fruit flavours with bright acidity, finishing lively and lingering. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2025

"Plush, ripe, fruity and ready to drink with flavours of strawberries and plum, there’s a crisp and vibrant mouthfeel with a light lees and fine fruit tannins. A balanced and well made wine ready for drinking from day of purchase through January 2027" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
"Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is gentle, with aromas of strawberry, watermelon and blossom. Light-bodied, aromas of strawberry and watermelon, melded with a hint of cherry blossom. The fruit is elegant and aromatic, with balanced acidity, and carries a dry, refreshing finish" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Oct 2025
This Rosé opens with lifted aromas of ripe blackcurrant and a touch of crushed herbs. The palate is bright and fruit-driven, showing flavours of wild strawberry & rip cherry. Fresh and focused, it finishes long and refreshing—perfectly suited to warm summer days. Delightful now, this wine is best enjoyed young and will continue to shine over the next two to three years.
The fruit was machine-harvested in the cool of night to preserve its natural freshness. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to achieve the delicate pale-pink hue before being gently pressed. The juice was then fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks to capture the lively fruit character.
Food Pairing: Serve well chilled as an aperitif or enjoy with seafood and fresh green salads.
